US$0.9 million pharmaceutical contract

AtCor Medical today announced that it has signed an expansion to an existing contract to supply additional SphygmoCor
systems and clinical trial support services to a major international pharmaceutical company. The value of the contract expansion is approximately
US$0.9 million. Including this transaction, AtCor has signed new pharmaceutical contracts with a total value of US$4 million during the past five months.

Positive Medicare rulings in New York State
13 October 2011
AtCor Medical today announced three positive rulings by an Administrative Law Judge from the Office of Medicare Hearings and
Appeals. In all three cases, the judge found that the Medicare contractor for the state of New
York must reimburse physicians for SphygmoCor tests performed on Medicare patients.

to major international pharmaceutical companies. The agreements represent a substantial contract with a new customer for AtCor and expansion of a contract with an existing customer.
The total combined value of the contracts is US $1.86 million..

AtCor Medical today announced it has signed an agreement with Sonic Healthcare’s Lifescreen division to supply
SphygmoCor devices for inclusion in Lifescreen’s health evaluation service. The Lifescreen test
will provide a better picture of a healthy person’s cardiovascular health than traditional exercise
stress testing which insurance companies now rely on. This will be the first time the insurance
industry has included central blood pressure measurement test in its medical evaluations.
